MaxLoad Moving Co. is a licensed and insured moving company based in Russellville, Kentucky. We provide local and interstate moving services for residential and commercial customers throughout Russellville, Bowling Green, Franklin, Clarksville, TN, and surrounding areas.
2. Services
MaxLoad Moving Co. offers the following services:
- Residential moving (local and interstate)
- Commercial and office relocation
- Specialty item moving (pianos, antiques, oversized furniture)
- Loading and unloading assistance
- Packing and unpacking services (where available)
All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline any job that presents safety risks to our crew or that falls outside the scope of our capabilities.
3. Estimates & Quotes
Quotes provided through our website, by phone, or by email are estimates only and are not binding contracts. Final pricing is determined at the time of the move and may vary based on:
- Actual volume and weight of items moved
- Access conditions at pickup or delivery locations (stairs, elevators, long carries)
- Additional services requested on moving day
- Fuel surcharges for long-distance moves
- Changes to the move date, origin, or destination
A written estimate will be provided before your move begins. You will be informed of any additional charges before they are applied.
4. Booking & Cancellations
Booking: Your move date is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from MaxLoad Moving Co.
Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total estimated move cost is required at the time of booking to secure your move date. This deposit is applied toward your final balance due on moving day.
Cancellations: We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If a booking is cancelled for any reason, 50% of the deposit will be retained by MaxLoad Moving Co. to cover scheduling, crew, and administrative costs. The remaining 50% of the deposit will be refunded to the customer.
No-shows: If our crew arrives and cannot perform the move due to circumstances within the customer's control (access denied, items not ready, incorrect address), the full deposit is forfeited and a trip fee may also be charged.
5. Payment
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the move. We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards.
Invoices not paid within 30 days of the move date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
6. Liability & Valuation
MaxLoad Moving Co. is fully licensed and insured. Our standard liability coverage is as follows:
- Released Value Protection (included at no charge): Covers items at $0.60 per pound per article. This is the minimum coverage required by law.
- Full Value Protection (available upon request): Covers the full replacement value of lost or damaged items. Additional charges apply.
We are not liable for damage to items that were:
- Packed by the customer (owner-packed boxes)
- Pre-existing damage prior to the move
- Items of extraordinary value not disclosed prior to the move (jewelry, cash, documents, artwork)
- Items damaged due to inherent vice or natural disasters
Claims for damaged or missing items must be submitted in writing within 10 days of your move date.
7. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth move, customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about the move including addresses, item inventory, and access conditions
- Ensuring all items are accessible and ready to be moved at the scheduled time
- Securing pets and clearing pathways for safe movement of items
- Disclosing any items of high value or fragility in advance
- Ensuring parking or loading zone access is available at both locations
8. Prohibited Items
For the safety of our crew and your belongings, MaxLoad Moving Co. will not transport:
- Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, propane tanks, chemicals, ammunition)
- Perishable food items
- Live plants (for interstate moves)
- Illegal substances or contraband
- Pets or animals
9. Website Use

- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site
- Submit false or misleading information through our quote form
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from our website without written permission
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MaxLoad Moving Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific move in question.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Logan County, Kentucky.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
